Call Bass Lake Reservations (559) 642-2211 weekdays 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time for availability and rates. Prepaid advance reservations are required. Deposits must be received within 5 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival (longer for holidays); no refunds thereafter. Refundable cleaning/damage deposit. Reservation changes/cancellations subject to fees and/or forfeitures. Only written cancellation notices are recognized. Trip Cancellation Insurance is recommended. Commission is paid to recognized travel agents. Check in: 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Departure by 11 a.m. No unregistered guests. No pets. No motorhomes/campers. No sleeping bags. Firewood not included in rates. No refunds after check-in for any reason. Not responsible for snow, road, weather, and/or utilities. Rates are based on specific unit and number of people. Transient Occupancy Tax is in addition to above rates. Special off-season rates are available, non-holiday, for Sunday through Thursday nights January through March and again from mid-October to mid-December.
